Question
QUESTION: I charged the unit, the high pressure line is very cold, and wet with condensation, the commpressor seems to be working fine, clutch is free, but still blows warm air inside, acts like something is keeping cold air from comming in.

ANSWER: Hi Gene

On a Taurus the line from the compressor to the condenser should be hot the condenser should be hot.  The line coming out of the condenser towards the evaporator should start hot close to the condenser and 1/4 of the way down it should be cold.  Your accumulator should be cold from the evaporator to the compressor.  If this is what you have then you should have cold air inside unless your heater doors are open.  Check and let me know.

QUESTION: How do you check the heater doors to see if they are open, because this sounds like the problem, and if they are open do you have to take out the dash to close them, or is there an easier way? Thanks

Answer
Try disconnecting the battery and  reconnecting to reset the actuator motors.  If this does not work then you need to locate the motor from behind the glove compartment and see it is working or not.  You can also block the heater core and see if it gets any better.
