QUESTION: I have Olds Intrigue 98, I have a problem with ANTI LOCK light and AIRBAG light. They comes on every times. My cruise doesn't work also. Therefore, my brakes works very well.

You have multiple problems with your vehicle.  My only expertise is the airbag system.  For that repair you will need to get the airbag computer scanned.
Your vehicle will require a scan tool for the proper diagnosis, (and not the scanner at Auto Zone…airbag systems cannot be ready by that scanner)  but here's a site that will explain everything you need to know about airbag lights and resetting the system.   Once you know the code, you can most likely repair it yourself.  There are fairly easy procedures that most people are capable of repairing.  
Airbagsolutions.com has the fault code charts to tell you what is wrong!  Although it’s a pay site ($14.95/day), it’s a lot cheaper than going to the dealer.

At first I rejected answering the question because it sounds like you may have multiple problems caused by something like a rotted connection or a bad computer.  
I decided to offer you what I know about the airbag system.  If you can get the airbag system scanned and they do come up with a code, you MAY be able to repair it yourself, but it depends on what they find the code to be.
Multiple electrical problems are not a simple repair., but you need to start somewhere

I'm sorry if this doesn't help much but you don;t have an easy road ahead on this one
