HOW HARD IS IT TO CHANGE AN AIR BAG CLOCK SPRING

Hi Lew:

Not hard at all!!
6 simple steps:

1) disconnect the battery
2) remove the covers on the steering column (3 screws)
3) remove the 2-3 bolts holding the airbag on
4) disconnect the horn wire and the airbag leads--remove the airbag
5) remove the steering wheel (a puller may be required)
6) remove the clockspring and disconnect the harness attaching it to the vehicle

We will soon have a photographic procedure posted on our website, but you;re ahead of me on this one
