My RH QT. glass is leaking. how do you remove and reseal this window. Thanks,

             This Quarter glass is a Bonded unit with the glass and mouldings all in one part.

                           The best way is to have a glass shop use a Special tool to cut it out and save the mouldings and reinstall for around 75.00.

                    If you want to try to repair it yourself you will need:

             
                2  Tubes of 600 psi Urethane    25.00
 
                1  Urethane Primer              10.00

                1  Box Utility blades           15.00

                1.5  Labor                         ?


Cut out window from the inside with utility knife until the whole Quarter glass is removed.

                           Remove all glue from glass and pinchweld
and prime both.  Shoot a 3/8 bead of Urethane all around pinchweld and set glass back in. Press firmly and tape into place and let dry for 48 hrs.
