The rear window came out, what is the best way to replace and the least expensive way?

      The best way is to bring it to the dealer or Glass shop and have them do it! This option only applies if you have Full or low deductible glass coverage or collision insurance. Lets just say you do have the Full coverage but a 500.00 deductible on glass. Some Glass shops will absorb some of your deductible and maybe your left with 250.00 to pay, also since it involves the (Roof) Panel, it could fall under Collision coverage? Only a call to your broker will tell you all this Loophole stuff But that is the Best and the Cheapest way to get this done!!


Now lets talk about doing this with NO Coverage at all.  You will have to find the glass with the matching color cloth at a junk yard or Ebay, 100.-300.00 and then find someone to do the 4 hour installation job 200-400. Or do it yourself with a friend = all day!! LOL :)

Now you can see that the first option is both the Best and Least Expensive!!!
