Can you please tell me what I can use on my windshield to take out the fogginess and marks from the wipers.

            There is no product that takes out both windshield fogginess and marks from the wipers.



You can call a glass shop and ask them to polish out the marks from the wipers. The fogginess on the other hand may never be fixed if it was caused by stone shots or the lamination in the glass has moisture damage! If you give me the Year Make and Model ,  I can tell what the average cost for your winshield and if it would be worth trying to repair.
