1999 ford winstar lx passenger window doesn't go down .going up i don't know yet becauseit doesn't go down.

Hi David ,

           First I would go to the Junk Yard and ask them if you can test your Master Switch with a used one. If their switch dose not roll the window down then it is the motor. If it does then your Fixed!!!
