Question
Hi Ben,
I have a window drop problem as well, but I need instructions on how to remove the rear driver side door panel.  Where the screws/bolts are located as well as the clips so I don't damage them.

Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hello Clem,

I don't make this repair very often so I don't have a clear mental picture of where all the panel fasteners are located.  However, I don't think there are any hidden fasteners.  Start by removing the screw behind the door release handle and the screw in the cup located in the armrest.  You may find one or two more screws somewhere else on the panel, but they should be clearly visible.

The plastic panel fasteners are located around the perimeter of the panel.  Start at the front or back corner.  Use a flat blade similar to a stiff putty knife about 1 1/2" wide to slide under the panel edge and then pull the handle toward you to release the panel clip.  Once the first clip is free, proceed across the bottom of the panel and then up the sides.
