hi i own a 1995 caddy fleetwood full size sedan with 5.7 motor i have a problem with my windows they all work but the clips in the regulators have brooken and the windows do not stay up. i am have trouble in locating them.do you have a name and phone number to a company that would sell me a box of these clips. i have tried the local window shops, and had no luck. any help would be appreciated.

Hello Vinnie,

I think you are referring to the "guides" that snap on to the ends of the regulator arms and slide left and right in the channel underneath the glass.  They are made of white plastic and measure a bit longer than an inch wide and about half an inch high.  

You can buy a better substitute from Dixie Auto Electric in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Their telephone number is 954-563-5111.  Either Joe Natale Sr. or Joe Natale Jr. will answer the telephone.  Tell them Ben from Omaha said you were looking for a "small roller without the stem" to replace the broken "footballs" in your Cadillac regulator.  Joe Jr. can also give you some advice about installing the new guides.
