hi,

lets see... rt side window will not go up and it will go down using the rt side regulator. replaced the driver side regulator and it will not go up or down. whtas my problem? please help.

Hello Tony,

First, please tell me the make, model and year of the vehicle.

Second, you say "it will go down using the rt side regulator."  Do you mean SWITCH rather than regulator?  The regulator is the mechanism inside the door that moves the glass.

Lastly, tell me if the problems on the right side and driver side began at exactly the same time or at different times.
