| Comment | Thank you for your help. You were right on with your answers, I pulled the spur gear out of the motor. The spur gear shaft had a groove on it and I assumed it was for a snap ring, but it was a groove to retain material when the shaft was staked in. I drilled out the rivets in the back plate and saw that the parts were staked together. I pressed the parts back together, and the window worked. Again thank you for your help and maybe what I found will help others. The replacement motor had the same problem so it probally had the same thing wrong. | ||
