Hi, I just followed these exact instructions and they worked like a charm. It was tricky putting enough pressure on the track so that it moved, but it worked. I used a crowbar and redwood blocks to make incremental progress moving the track back into position. After I moved it a few centimeters I would add more blocking so the pry bar had good leverage.
