Question
while making a left hand turn I was broadsided by the other car estimated to be traveling at 75 mph in a 30 mph  His skid marks before we hit is 83 ft and he slid another 22 Am I at fault?

Answer
It sounds like both parties are at fault - you for failure to yield right of way, and the other driver for speeding.

How this is handled will depend on the law in your state.  If the law is contributory negligence, each party pays for their own.  if the law is comparative negligence, each party may owe a percentage of the other's damages.
