Question
On 2/6/08 I was in an auto accident.  The other party was at fault, the police report says the other party was at fault, but the adjuster is telling me that me and the other party are 50/50 at fault.  I have a totaled car and medical bills.  Can someone recommend a good accident injury attorney out of Reno, Nevada?

I just saw your question that someone had moved to the question pool instead of answering.
The best recommendation that I can give you is to call your county attorney referral service (it's free).  After explaining your situation to them, they will give you the names of 3 or more attorneys in your area that are qualified to help you.
