Question
there was three of us in the car, we got hit by a drunk driver, all three of us is being represented by the same lawyer. im finished with medical treatment, the other two are not finish. can i ask my lawyer to file my claim ahead and not wait for the other two

Answer
Hi Mario,

If by claim you mean insurance claim, then you most likely can go ahead and settle. But if by claim you mean lawsuit, then you most likely have to wait. The best person to answer this question will be your own attorney.

I hope this helps.

Good Luck,
Anne.
