| Comment | I believe I have already rated all your answers 10 expect for one time 7 in the Clarity of Response because I did not get a clear answer. The unclear answer means the reader is still confused after the question has been answered. As for your last answer was not rated, this is because there is a follow-up question. Once the follow-up question was answered, the rating will be given. I hope you can understand it. You said, “We are not always able to give you the answer that you desire to hear.” It is understandable but the reader desires an answer that clearly answers his question regardless “like” or “do not like”. Sometimes the question itself is not clear enough, if so, you can ask the reader to modify his question before writing your answer. If the answer is not clear enough, the reader cannot rate it 10; otherwise, why should the rating exist? In this answer, your Politeness is not deserved 10, but I still give you 10.
