Question
My vechile was stolen it has not been recovered thus far im not sure whats on my policy in this  invent that something likes that happens i   have pip and property damage what will happen?

Answer
Hi Chemia,
I'm, sorry to learn of your problem.
In order for theft of your car to be covered by your insurance, you must carry COMPREHENSIVE on your policy.

Check with your company to see if you have that coverage.  If you carry comprehensive then your insurance company will provide you a rental car for up to 30 days and if the car is not recovered, make you a cash payment for the fair value of your car.

If you don't carry comprehensive coverage and your car is not recovered, then you can purchase a replacement car and remove the old car from your policy.

Be sure to keep a copy of the police report in the event that the old car is involved in an accident in the future.  As long as you have made a proper police report, you are not responsible if the old car becomes involved in an accident.

I hope that you find this information to be helpful.
Your feedback by rating my answer will be appreciated.

Sincerely,
Bennie
