Question
My car was in an accident and had about $7000 in damage. The car was repaired by the shop; all except the automatic sliding door. They can not seem to get the door to close. They replaced everything in the door twice and still no luck. It has been three months now and I still have no car. Insurance wont total because the car is worth to much. Can I force the insurance company to total the car, or do I have to wait for as long as it takes?

Answer
Hi Robert,
This sounds like a situation where you need the help of your state department of insurance.
Simply go to your web browser and type "yourstatename department of insurance" and hit go.
This will bring up many sites in your state dealing with insurance.
Simply scroll thru the sites until you find on that alludes to being the official site of the department of insurance.  Click on that site and follow the instructions to make a verbal or written complaint.

Sincerely,
Bennie
