Question I was in a car accident in the state of VA on August 7 where I rear ended. I am under a chiropracter care for upper, middle and lower back injuries. I want to settle this case myself but I am not sure of what to ask for pain and suffering. I am still in pain and visiting the chiropracter. I just started back recently doing my everyday task and still some discomfort. What are your suggestions.
Thanks,
Deborah
Answer Hi Deborah,
There is a great website for those "do it yourselfers" out there. It's www.collisionwizard.com . The webste is produced by the Better Business Bureau Video Series. It will allow you to enter all of the information about your accident, treatment and medical expenses. Then it will tell you a settlement range based on that information. It will also provide sample letters and other information on preparing your claim. The best part is it only costs $19.99 one time. Good Luck.
I hope this helps
