Auto Insurance Claims/Tyres Bald?

Question
Insurance company is stuffing me about a bit asking for service reports and toher things of such, they are more than likely not going to put my claim through simply because it was not stated on the service report that I had bald tyres. The claim was placed under loss control of car due to bald tyres. Any help would be much appreciated :)

Answer
Hi Daniel,
I'm sorry to learn of your problem.  Here in California, that would not be a legal reason to deny your claim.

Based on the spelling of certain words in your question. I assume that you are either from Canada or Great Britian.  I am not familiar with the laws and legal wording of insurance policies in those areas.
