Question
I'm a truck driver that was delivering freight to a car dealer ship while exiting the property corner of trailer hit dealer ship sign next to building.almost two months before claim was filled amount seems higher then seen damages what right do I have, may be terminated because of incident.

Answer
Hi Jeremy,
The fact that you made a delayed report will have no bearing on it being paid by the insurance company.

I imagine that your company is more upset about the time delay than the amount.  You had a responsibility to make immediate notification to your employer and the insurance company.

As far as the amount is concerned, it has been inspected by your employers insurance and found to be accurate.

I don't see anything that you could do at this point to mitigate the situation.
