Question
In a accident  here in Georgia and both  drivers with the same auto insurance company. The other driver was charged by the police. I DO TRUST MY INSURANCE COMPANY NOW AND HAVE GOTTEN A LAWYER TO PROTECT ME I WAS ALSO INJURED what possibly will the insurance company do to me and for me

Answer
The insurance company has an obligation to investigate the accident impartially and treat both of you the same way they would if you were with another insurer.  Normally they will assign your claim to one rep and the other claim to another rep to make sure this happens.  If you think this is not the case, you should complain to management.
