Yesterday evening while stopped in highway traffic I was rear ended by a 18 wheeler who in return pushed me into the vehicle ahead of me. Both my car %26 the car in front experienced damages. I had know insurance being I hadn't made a payment since June what usually happens in this scenario? (Both drivers were insured)

Answer
Typically the insurance company or the driver of the car you hit will go after the truck owner for the cost of repairs and any liability for the accident. You may be fined for driving without insurance, however. Your car's damage will nevertheless be paid for by the truck owner or insured party.
