Question
My wife and I were stopped at red light and was reared by a pickup going Lapp 50 miles hr. We both went to hospital in the evening . Our Cadillac was totaled and we are in therapy for neck strained out of alignment , our medical is 13000 so far what is our claim worth

Answer
Between 2 and 4 times the medical bills plus other stuff. A lawyer can make the difference between getting 2 and 4 times the amount. Your injury claim will stretch for months, maybe for a couple years. But get the settlement value on your car now and make sure the check says auto damage only. To get a fair settlement on the value of your car, consider the eBook at UClaim.com Total loss Auto for Claimants, on sale with a money back guarantee.
