Question
i was at a intersection waiting for traffic to pass so i could make a left turn and was rear eneded by a teen who said she tried to stop.police came we did a report my car has to be fixed and i need a rental now to go to work.her insurance claimers keep saying they have to talk to there client first who has not called the accident in so what do i do they may never call in its a teen and her father has not called in and there is a lot of damage...

Answer
While you are waiting for the girl to step up and do the right thing, perhaps you can file a claim under your own coverage, assuming you carry collision. If you don't have collision coverage you need to send a letter to the girl and her father demanding that they pay the cost of the repairs and rental car. Tell them that you will file suit against them if they don't file a report of this accident with their company.
