Auto Insurance Claims/auto accident claim

Question
Hi,
The statute of limitations on the claim for an accident that I was involved in, but not at fault, was Dec. 11, 2009 (as stated by the Insurance Company). I sent in preliminary paperwork to the company, but they requested additional paperwork the afternoon of Dec 10, while I was out of town and could not get it to them by the deadline of Dec 11. What recourse do I have in receiving reimbursement for the medical bills, work time missed, pain and suffering, that I have incurred as related to the accident?
Thanks for your help

Answer
Hello Olivia,

You have a huge problem on your hands. Your claim might be barred 100%. You need to contact a lawyer today!!!!!

There might be something a lawyer could do, but by now, you are past your statute and this can mean that you have no rights anymore.
