Question
auto adjuster from Cialifornia uses autosource valuation to settle my claim at 15,400 for my auto. Kelly blue book is 18,300 for the condition my auto was in before their insured wiped me out when i was sitting at a red light. The prices at carmax and other dealers are from 16500 to 17200 for one like mine. Told the adjuster i would settle for 16,800.Their answer was no.

Answer
Danny,

You will rarely get the adjuster to come up by using Kelly book or another valuation method. You have to "play his game", play by his rules and it will be much easier.

"Autosource" is the same as "Autosource ADP". You can get an eBook that will show you how to increase your settlement using easy to difficult methods at UClaim.com entitled "Total Loss Auto" either for insureds or claimants. Use that guide first. If you need more help "destroying" the autosource valuation in a way that your adjuster will accept, you can get an automobile product at UClaim.com entitled "Sample ADP Valuation Dissected Plus ADP Condition Guidelines".
