I told them that i made a payment but they told me it didn't go threw this was way back on Sept 24th and they went me a letter on October 18th i have been fighting with them and they are still insisting that it is my fault. They didn't even let me know that it didn't go through if they would of i would of made a payment a different way. Please give me some advice my husband and i need our vehicals for work. we also have two little ones to take care of. is there anyway around this..Please help! i'm open for suggestions. Also where we live the roads get bad in the winter time and no one will be able to pick us up and take us to work we live on the ridge.

Answer
Hi Melinda,

Regardless of who is at fault, the state requires proof of insurance. It is your responsibility to purchase replacement insurance and then you can fight with the insurance company after that. Just buy another policy with a different company and show that you have to the state. That should take care of the issue with your registrations.

I hope this helps
