hi Charlie, i left my van to mechanic to get brakes fixed 2 weeks after i got it back the rear wheel came off while i was driving to work and damaged a car cost to fix car $2500

will my insurance cover this? i have allready paid the car owner for damage

Answer
Absolutely, your insurance company will pay for the damages caused by the wheel coming off. Let them know about the accident and give them the name of the shop that worked on your van so they can subrogate the claim and recover their money from the shop's garage keepers insurance carrier.
