I was recently in an accident - aprox. 1.5 mons ago - and have been going to physical therapy and what not ever since. As well as dealing with a constantly sore neck, shoulders, and upper back I have to deal with the girl that hit me on a daily basis. She gives it her all to make sure I feel bad about getting personal money and having my car fixed, but she is the one who rear-ended me. I feel like this is emotional harassment along with my physical pain. I am still suffering due to the accident and have not recieved a claim for personal pain and suffering. I would like to know what the average settlement claim is for a soft tissue injury?

Well, there is not enough information in your question to be able to give you a "average."

How bad was the impact? Are your injuries permanent? If not, how long until you are back to pre accident condition?

Also, sounds like you are not dealing with an insurance company, thus, this can make your settlement different from the average.
