Auto Insurance Claims/Pedestrian Hit by Car

Hello,

I am the pedestrian that was hit by a car during my lunch break.  I am just about finished with my medical treatment and will return to normal work this week.  I suffered a strained MCL, meniscus and cartilage damage.  I also suffered from PTSD and GERD (from all the medication).  I was only on the job about 6 weeks and this accident happened on 9/5/08.  I have to start my probation all over again and will continue medication for my emotional damages.  My medical bills are about $13,000 and my lost wages are about $18,500.

Can you give me an estimated value of my claim?  I am going to take legal action however would like some help.

I need a little more info to answer your question:

-what type of treatment did you have?  Was there any surgery?

-What is your future prognosis for the kneee and mentally?

-Please break down approximately what the medical bills were for in dollars
