Question
My daughter drove my car and got into an accident. My son is in the car and got injury badly. My daughter is at fault according to police report. Will my insurance policy pay for my son bodily damage? I live in Warner Robins, Georgi

Answer
Your policy will defend your daughter against any liability claim brought by your son.  You can do this on behalf of your son.

In some states, there is a limit on the ability to bring a liability claim against a family member.  I do not know the law in GA.  

You should also have some first party medical  coverage, probably called either PIP or MPC that will cover the medical bills for your son as a passenger.

Call you claim rep and he/she should be able to explain your options.
