Question
I was rearended on Jan 22 and they have had all of the drs notes and forms for almost 3 weeks.  how can i make them hurry up?

Hi Katy,

You should call the company and ask to speak to a supervisor or claims manager. Ask them when you can expect to receive a check. If you are not satisfied with the answer then you should file a complaint with your state insurance commissioners office.
