I chose a lawyer at random.I have no personal Ins.No reg.Dr. I was laid off months back.Lady Hit and totaled my car.(her fault).I cant find a Dr. to bill ins.claim number.I don't have funds to pay up front.Im in pain.Now lawyer tells me he doesn't deal with chiropractors.(the only Dr's that wld see me.I already signed papers with lawyer.One lady told me use emergency room as My doctor they wld bill,me and i cld just pass onto claim.????Do I start all over with new Dr? I always carried full coverage on my car,even though it is 10yrs old.Can they not help in any way?Never been in a wreck that I had injury.I don't know what to do,were to go.....im Elementary with this.I wld appreciate any advice.

This sounds weird. Do you have PIP coverage? If no doctor wants to deal with your insurance, time to move on to other carrier.

Unfortunately, the only advice that we can give you is to either find a doctor that takes your insurance. Also talk to your lawyer and see what you can do. Lawyers know doctors (sometimes they use them as experts) that might be willing to take you.
