Question
my car was parked outside home , i changed insurance over to a new car i just bought, when my neighbour run into my old car, can i sill claim as i had no insurance on the car at the time it was hit, as i changed insurance to new car. my neighbour has admitted libility

Hi Michele,
I am not familiar with the UK insurance laws.  I suggest that you call your current agent and present the question to him.
Under US insurance tort laws that are in effect in 25+ states in the US, you would be able to present the claim for payment.
