Question
Someone stole my front bumper while i was in the mall. Literally the entire front bumper is gone from the front of my new expedition! My insurance company said they are turning it over to theif division and i should hear something asap, what do i do next. And what the h*%& can someone do with a bumper?

Answer
Hi Clancey,
Sounds like someone stole it to re-sale or to replace their own bumper.
Your insurance company should resolve this issue within 10 days or less and pay for a new bumper minus the amount of your comprehensive deductible.

Sincerely,
Bennie
