Question
Will an insurer be liable in the case of a total loss where a vehicle insured as a carriage vehicle is used as a utility vehicle?

Answer
If the insurer is insuring that one vehicle for collision (and or comprehensive) and the vehicle is not being used for business, the there should be coverage (assuming that no other exclusion applies).
