Question
What is OACM.CP.013 ? Insurance company is claiming that this is a Super Saver policy

Thank you
Sandra Rodriguez

Answer
Hi Sandra,
Based on my past experiences, OACM.CP.013 is the endorsement number that the insurance companies (in some states) add to your policy to
provide you a "discount?" with what they refer to as their "Super Saver Policy".
I have found this being most commonly used in Texas and Georgia, but
it may be used in many states and I just haven't had a question.
If you send any kind of a follow up, let me know your home state.

By accepting this endorsement, you get a slightly lower rate but ABSOLUTELY NO ONE who is not a named driver on your policy is covered if they drive your car, irregardless of the circumstances..

I get many questions about this endorsement from people who purchased such a policy several years ago, now their kids are driving on a permit, have an accident and the claim is denied due to the existence
of OACM.CP.013.

I hope that you find this helpful.  Your feedback by rating my response will be appreciated.

Sincerely,
Bennie
