Question
my partner and i were having a very heated argument, i got into my car 2 leave. he called 2 his friends who were in there car in my driveway next 2 my car to "block her in".. i started my car, quickly went 2 reverse out but at that moment they reversed at an angle 2 block me in... we collided, i called the police and they left the scene. they were not charged with any offence and the police said it will be up to the insurance agencies to work it out? please give me some advice :)

Answer
Hi Cassie,

There is not much to say here. You will just have to report the incident to their insurance company and do your best. If you do not have their insurance info, then report it to your insurance company. They will pay for your damage and then will try to get back the mony from the other insurance company.

I hope this helps
