Question
I got invloved into an accident 2 hours after I upgraded from liablilty to full coverage, there was no injuries and I was the one who hit the car in front of me because it stopped all the sudden, there was no police report.
Now The insurance refused to cover me full coverage even though i paid for full coverage when i upgraded.
I want to know what I should do?
Please help.

Thank You

Answer
That's a tough one. You need to gather as much evidence from witnesses or any other source that could document the time and date of the accident. You can also file a complaint with your state insurance department, which you can find online in most cases.

You may also want to contact an attorney with a specialty in insurance bad faith cases. Essentially, your insurance company is making the assumption that you are lying to them and are asking for coverage after the fact.
