My wife was in an accident. A wrecker truck towing a car ran a red light and hit another commercial truck and knocked it into my wifes car. My wife was transported via ambulance to local hospital complaining of neck, back, shoulder and knee pain. She has gone to the doctor several times and had knee surgery for knee impingement. She has had physical therapy on 3 separate occasions as well and her knee still goes out and causes her to fall. What type of settlement offer can we get? This happened in Alabama. What can we get from our insurance company cause we had 3 vehicles on that policy with full coverage(20-40-10)?

I am sorry to hear about your wife's injury. You probably have a higher settlement possibility here. A knee injury can really affect her availability to walk and bring many problems. You really really need to have legal advice here, to find a lawyer near you, please see:
