Question
I was injured due to someones reckless/drunken behavior.  I filed a case and received a judgement for hospital billings.  
Now, I have a $3000.00 dental bill that I failed to   include with that case.  
Can I file a new case to seek restitution for my $3000.00 dental bill?

Hello Karen,

Most likely not. If you have a judgment, the the matter was already heard. You are probably barred by a concept called Res Judicata, it is like double jeopardy but for civil cases. To learn more about small claims please see:
