Auto Insurance Claims/Will Comprehensive cover Engine Damaged trying to extract vehicle

Question
My vehicle became stuck and while trying to extract it I damaged my engine. It looks like I am looking at either a used replacement or a new complete engine (snapped rod damaging the block) any way this would be covered as a comprehensive claim?

Answer
Hi Ron,
Sorry, but this is a mechanical failure loss and there is no way
that it can be covered under comprehensive nor any other portion
of your policy.

In the legal wording of your auto policy (not the declarations page)
look under Car Damage to read the full list of items covered by
comprehensive.

I hope this information helps.
