i didn't even think about deminished value thanks for the tip but where is a family practice that takes 3rd party billing i don't have the $ to see a doctor what do i do in that situation go to the emergeny room want get me a physician

Unfortunately, that is something I can not help you with. If your injuries are back & neck related, you may try calling Chiropractors. You may find one that would be willing to wait for your settlement to get paid.
