| Comment | Dr. Settlement said, “If you do not think that giving her any further information will make a difference to her, then consider what it will be like if you sue.” It seems he is telling the reader whether the adjuster increasing the offer depends on the further information. If so, the adjuster’s offer should be reasonable if the claimant has provided all evidence and the offer should be accepted. However, we frequently hear the different stories. Regardless how the claimant has provided the details or narrative letter etc, the adjuster still makes lowball offer. The question is how to get the reasonable compensation. Unfortunately, Dr. Settlement did not explain it very well. Probably, he is an attorney. The insurance always satisfies his demand or he did not want to disclose too much.
