Question
how can I find out if a claim has been paid on a accident that happened in my car driven by someone else.

Answer
Well if its your insurance company doing the paying, ask them. And ask your agent to look on his computer to see if payment's were issued.

If its the other drivers insurance and they are paying for the damage to your car, they should pay you since you are the owner.
