Question
When the claimant makes his demand with all supporting documents provided, do you think the at fault driver insurance will make the reasonable offer that the claimant should accept? If no, how many times the counter offers should the claimant make or wait at least before accept it, 1, 2, 3 or 4? Thank you for your answer.

Answer
First, thank you for the feedback you gave for the two answers I already provided.

Well, if both sides are moving a bit, then you keep on going.  At the second exchange, the adjuster will say that this is her final and best offer.  That is why we teach members at www.settlementcentral.com  insurance adjuster responses like those I already gave to you.  Don't accept the "no" and pretend that all she needs is more material, more information.

Best wishes,
