Question
i have a question i was involved in a accident and the other party did not have insurance will my i dont want the other party sued but i want my car fix with my uninsured motorist coverage will the farmers ins. sue her for damages

Answer
Hi Edward,

If your insurance company pays to repair your car when someone else was at fault for the damage, then they will pursue reimbursement from the responsible party. Initially they may be willing to make a payment arrangement but if that does not happen or the person does not pay then they will file suit.

I hope this helps
