Question
I had a accident where I was traveling north and I came into a intersection where a car headed south was stopped to turn, all of a sudden the car headed south turned right in front of me.I tried to stop and turned to try to avoid the car, but I couldn't and we collided. The damage to the other car was the passenger front fender area. The damage to my car was the front drivers side of the nose and bent the whole front end over. The impact spun my car around and faced the direction I was coming from. To me it was pretty clear it was not my fault! I didn't have collisions on my car.So I had to contact the the other insurance company to make the claim, After I did make the claim there saying I was at fault 10% and is low balling the number for my car. How can they do this? I did everything I was supposed to do to try to avoid the accident.I couldn't fly over the other car.It is to ridicules.

Answer
Hello Pat,

Well if they are offering to pay 90% of your damages, it may not be worth fighting in court, although you can haggle. You did not state why they said you were 10% at fault. As to being lowballed on the vehicle valuation, consider the eBook entitled Total Loss Auto for Claimants at UClaim.com, currently around $6.00 on a 75% off sale with a money back guarantee. It will also advise you on the salvage and rental car claim.
