Auto Insurance Claims/Major Damages

Question
Parked my can in a Garage, attendant parked my car against the wall on the passenger side, once I got home noticed Major Damages on the passenger side.  When I went back to the Garage, they told me I could put in a claim, but it was possible I could be denied.
The paint from the Garage is on the car imbedded in the damages.
Do I wait, or do I contact my insurance company since I do have Colision.  What do I do??  The car is a 2009 Borrego

Answer
Hi Charles,

You should take digital pictures of the damage and the garage paint before it fades or get washed away. File the claim with your insurance and let them fight it out with the garage. that is what you pay them for.

I hope this helps
